Ke$ha encouraged a fan to give new pal Simon Rex -- a k a "Dirt Nasty" -- a lap dance at Tenjune the other night at an after-party for her MSG show. A witness says the pop tart told a young female fan sitting at a table near hers, "My friend needs to let loose," meaning Rex. (Although one would think Rex has "let loose" enough lately as a member of Charlie Sheen's "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour.) The lady didn't oblige, however. The "Tik Tok" singer then moved on to hang with Zach Galifianakis and downed a few tequila shots before leaving the Meatpacking District around 3am.
