SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Spurs guard Manu Ginobili won't play in Game 1 against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Coach Gregg Popovich says he is taking no chances after his All-Star sprained his right elbow in the regular-season finale. George Hill will start in Ginobili's place Sunday.
Not good news Manu averages about 17 points per game. Hopefully George Hill can pick up the slack. -Big Drew
