Bristol Palin & Levi Johnston Are High School Dropout?

Sarah Palin says her daughter and future son-in-law is not a high school dropout as the press is reporting. The Alaska governor told several news outlets that eldest daughter Bristol, who just gave birth to Palin's first grandchild, starts her last semester in high school next week, and that proud poppa Levi Johnston, who left school to work as an apprentice electrician, is working to finish his degree online.

"You need to know that both Levi and Bristol are working their butts off to parent and going to school and working at the same time," Palin told People in a phone message. "They are certainly not high school dropouts."

Bristol Palin Earn $300k For Baby Pics

Move over Shiloh and Suri, there's a new celebrity baby in town. Sarah Palin's teenage daughter Bristol Palin may receive up to $300,000 for the first pictures of their son Tripp.

According to one source, bidding for the baby photos began at $100,000. People won out in the end, but In Touch was the only other weekly to make serious bids, according to several sources involved in the process.

They reportedly paid $300,000 for the exclusive rights to the photos. In Touch magazine was apparently the only other serious bidder.

"Sarah was on the cover of People, Us Weekly, and OK! the same week, and really only People saw a bump in sales," reports MSNBC.

"The bidding started well before the baby was born, but once Levi’s mom was arrested — well, then you had a story," says one editor.

But i really wonder when did Bristol become a celebrity? Do you think her baby photo is worth $300,000?!!!

Bristol Palin Gives Birth!

Congrats to Sarah Palin's teenage daughter Bristol Palin, who just gave birth to a 7 pound, 4 ounce baby boy named Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston.

Colleen Jones, the sister of Bristol's grandmother, told the magazine that "the baby is fine and Bristol is doing well."

When news of Bristol's pregnancy first broke, her boyfriend Levi Johnston got a lot of heat for declaring "I don't want kids" on his Myspace page. He must have tripped when he found out his girlfriend was knocked up.

In a statement at the time, Bristol’s parents said that they are "proud of Bristol’s decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents."
