I had this problem after few weeks I got my car too. You just need to put some pressure on the tail light and able to hear some 'yik yik' sound from it.
However SC had settle my problem by doing some trick on the rear light.
But, I'm not too sure what did they do on it.
Ahmiaoz found out most of the second hand tail light from JDM had special gasket on the top corner of the tail light.
I think this must be the source of the noise; I don't plan to open up my tail light as I worried it will make noise again :P
Please try this trick and see whether it able to solve the noise problem.
