I recently got married. My is currently on H1 and is currently in US. Will my wife's I-485 be returned as the priority date is not current I am in EB3 priority date is Mar 2002. Anybody in similar situation as me..please post...
you can not file I-485 for your wife till PD becomes current.
I'm in the same boat. you need to make sure your wife maintains her visa status. Since she is on H1 she should file a labor to make use of 7th year.

I am told by my lawyers that the likelihood of a second RFE is "very slim". This is because apparently, USCIS will only send RFE if they dont have some information about you such as where you work and such. Once they have procedurally collected information (as they seem to have in your case), they might not come asking for the same info again...
but - as you stated in your question... there is no way to tell for sure...

You will be using XNA Game Studio (installs into Visual Studio), to develop games. All your time other than for graphics will be spent in Visual Studio 2010. Highly recommend you have a device. Testing in the emulator is not the greatest for games.
Note: All you need is the freely available tools (Express Editions). Having the student or paid versions does not really benefit those using the XNA Game Studio, or building applications for WP7. I'm sure that page says that, just didn't want you to get confused.
If you have done any other game programming you will find everything pretty easy, just takes a bit to get use to. It sounds like you are new to C#, but don't worry most tutorials are setup in a way this shouldn't be a problem.
The MSDN Create site has code samples and there are lengthy tutorials online that will help you get started with XNA.

The expiry date on my F1 visa stamp is in 2011.
I intend to convert from H1 to F1 . Do I require a new F1 visa stamp or will my old stamping be valid still?

If you labor is approved by July 31st, you can file your I-485 by August 17th.
If your labor is approved on Aug 1st or later, you'll not be able to file I-485 at this time. You can, of course, file I-140.
You can apply no matter when your PD is if you have the labor approval hard copy.....

2. Once your approval comes through, it will just be a regular H1-B transfer, so you should be able to carry the remaining of the 3 years on the H1-B.
3. As far as I know, your GC petition will not go with you and you'll have to start all over again. I believe, when you file your I-485 with EAD and it has been over 180 days, then you have your EAD and you can change your employer using AC21.
I am on my first H1 (3rd year) and filed for an extension recently. I received my notice a few days back.

I lost my job in January and since I was not able to get a new project. So, returned back to India in May'09. My AP was valid till 21-July-2009. I did not file for extension while in US.
Now, I am getting a job in US and the employer is asking if I could join immdiately. Please let me know:
1. If there is any option for me to renew my AP from India?
2. Any other options, since my H1B got expired (6 years) in May'09.

EB2, officially known as "members of a profession holding advanced degree", requires a "Masters degree". USCIS views a BS+5 as equivalent to a masters degree for this purpose.

Of course you can start PERM in your 6th year. Make sure you do it soon and file for I-140 promptly so that once that is approved you can get 3 yr H1 approval
