So a Democrat who broke several laws and violated ethical standards of the US Congress can cut a deal with Democrats who have a vested interest in seeing these charges go away? Is that how this works! Did I go to sleep and wake up in Cuba? Is this going to end with Rangel saying that he acknowledges that he made some mistakes, and then all the Democrats go in a back room and start laughing? What a f*cking joke!
