    Hi, Cled. You got a good shadow in there, but it's opposing the direction of sunlight (note the flower's stamen which has a shadow coming towards the camera).

    The person appears to have been caught in "mid leap" although intended to be kneeling. I'm not sure how you'd really do something about that. Perhaps by making the shadow appear darker and less blurred near knees and shoes?

    As far as blending the person over the flower, looks good - no funny edges or outlines.

    I am currently on H1 with company A. My I-140 has also been approved and my 1-485 was submitted in July- all through company A. Now company A is planning to close and open new company B. What happens to my I-485 and H1?

    Any help gurus ?

    Hi All,

    We are having same problem, received I-539 copy and it is showing class type H1b for my wife, and it is supposed to be H4.

    Can anyone let me know what is the procedure for correcting class type??

    My attorney filed I-486 for me last august and now it's about time for me to renew the EAD. On this page http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=73ddd59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD
    it states that if you filed after July 30, 2007 then a fee is no longer needed. My I-485 application was filed under the old fee structure. Does it still mean I can file without a fee.

    Hi

    I came to US on L1 in 2005 thru COMPANY-A and then applied for H1B thru COMPANY-B in 2006 and got approval under 2007 CAP. But I didn't start working for COMPANY-B(H1B) and went to India after H1B approval but came to US on L1B again to continue my work with COMPANY-A(Did a leapfrog).
    In 2009 I transferred my H1B from COMPANY-B to COMPANY-C and got the petition approval. So I have a valid H1B petition with COMPANY-C.
    In the same year my COMPANY-A(L1B holder) applied for COS to H1B under new 2010 CAP and got approval. So my status has been changed from L1 to H1B with COMPANY-A.

    Now I have 2 approved valid petitions, one with COMPANY-A and the other with COMPANY-C, my question is if I get an offer from COMPANY-C can I start working with them with out any H1 transfer application ?
    or can I transfer my H1B from COMPANY-C to another COMPANY-D ?

    People, I see my RD, ND , A#, name on my I485 receipt. But I don't see my priority date PD mentioned on it. I am worried that this might delay my case processing. Anyone in the same boat as me

    If you are having the valid visa, there is no need to go for stamping again. While entering you can show the H1B approval so that you get the I94 till the date on the H1b approval.

    Do not do this - please stop playing around with USCIS rules. There are sometimes unfortunate circumstances where folks lose status (e.g., OPT -> H1b) or are kept in dark about their H1B status by employers but for folks who break the law in a way that you are suggesting, I believe they should be punished.

    My attorney submitted at NSC I-485 , EAD , and Travel docs on 03 July, INS received it on 05 July, No news yet of receipt..

    You need a visa to enter Canada that can be applied from any Canadian Consulate in the US. Indian nationals in the US without Permanent Residency/Green Card are required to have a valid visa to enter Canada irrespective of their status in the US.
